The concept of writing tests on Yacapaca is one of Group Authoring. An author group contains:

A group may have one or more members. The creator of the group automatically becomes the group moderator. The group may be:

Members have access to all questions and may edit existing ones or add their own. They may assemble their own tests from the bank of questions and may access tests created by other members. The moderator has further permissions for managing members and resources.

Yacapaca separates the storage of questions from the actual tests that students will attempt. This means that you can assemble your questions into many different combinations according to your particular assessment needs. Once a test is assembled, it exists as a separate object. You can add, change or delete questions in the question bank without affecting tests that may already be in use.
