The following worksheets and drills are all based around an open day at a donkey sanctuary, for the general public to see the donkeys and learn how the sanctuary operates. Although the open day will bring in some money through entrance fees, there will also be costs involved in running the day.
The big question is - will they make a profit and keep the donkeys in hay - or will they make a loss and the donkeys go hungry?
