Spreadsheet

Spreadsheets are, effectively, very large pieces of paper divided into rectangles. These rectangles, or cells, are capable of carrying text or numbers. The relationships between cells are called formulae and formulae, in turn, can be typed into cells to enable the spreadsheet to act like a gigantic and very powerful programmable calculator.
